Really impressed. I’d accidentally drilled through a mains water pipe in the ceiling and he came out on a Saturday, cut out the damaged section and replaced it properly. Clear, calm, and extremely fair on price (labour and materials all itemised). Would definitely use again.

We needed to replace an ageing back boiler with a modern central heating system i.e. combi boiler. We were recommended Atlantic Coast Heating & Plumbing by a respected local plumber who was unable to undertake the work himself.

Nick Cole, the company director, visited our house to assess the job and provide an estimate. He offered helpful advice on the various options, e.g. different models of boilers, etc.

The job was quite extensive as it entailed decommisioning and removing the existing boiler and all ancilliary components, e.g. hot water cylinder and cold water tank in the loft. Nick and his team carried out the work with professionalism and efficiency. At all times they displayed their positive attitude to customer service and maintained friendly, polite and cheerful, even in the face of adversity (i.e. technical challenges)!

We would have no hesitation in giving the highest recommendation to Atlantic Coast Heating and Plumbing to anyone requiring top class plumbing and heating work. In fact we were so impressed with the quality of their work that we are already asking them to quote for additional jobs at our property.

Our oil boiler broke down am. They came to get it up and running on same day. Our fault for not having our boiler regularly serviced. The service was fabulous. I have booked next years service with them. Engineers are polite. Thank you for your great team.

Telephoned on Wednesday morning about a broken shower in holiday let. On Thursday afternoon, the shower had been replaced. Totally reliable and professional throughout – the guests were delighted with the service! Thank you!!!
